1. How to track delivery status?
Once your order is dispatched, an email with tracking no will be sent to you.

2. What should i do if i can’t find the email with the tracking no?
Please try checking your spam folder. Alternatively, you can reach us at contact us section at the site info section.

3. How long does delivery take?
It will depend on your country & the shipping method you choose. E.g It takes 1-2 working days to reach your doorstep after the product is dispatched if use Royal Mail Tracked24. For international shipping, it will usually take 2-7 days.

4. Which are remote areas?
Remote areas are including locations in Scotland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man & Isle of Wight. If your parcel requires additional shipping charge we will advise you.

5. Will my order delivered in plain packaging?
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and with our discreet packaging you can shop in confidence. With totally plain packaging, the only person getting excited by your delivery is you.

6. What should I do if the toy is not working?
Check whether the toy is rechargeable & need to be charged for stipulated time before using it, have you put in the right type of battery & put it correctly, is there a small paper disc in the battery compartment that needs to be removed before you can turn the vibrator on, etc. If all else fails, you can report any discrepancies or damaged items within 36 hours of being delivered by filling out a returns form and return items back to the PO BOX indicated in Return & Refund Policy Page. Please refer to Return & Refund Policy Page for further details.

7. Is there any warranty on the products?
We offer a one year warranty on everything, if the item develops a fault within three months we can offer a refund or exchange. An exchange will take place after three months.
